Investor360° Financial Plan Delivery Guide
Ensure that full plan fee has been paid or is scheduled to be paid.
The file name of your financial plan should start with the year, then the client name. For example, a plan delivered to Janet Smith in 2025 could be named 2025 Smith Financial Plan.
Upload the final financial plan writeup, finalized eMoney output, and Client File Report to the Investor360° No Processing Required folder located in the Client360° Documents tab, using the following folder structure, which you will need to create • Financial Planning/Notes o Engagement & Data Gathering o Analyze & Strategy Information o Plan Presentation and Implementation o Financial Plan (year specific)
Share the financial plan writeup and finalized eMoney output by clicking Share Documents. You will need to send a secure message to the client that their plan is ready to be reviewed. The Client File Report should not be shared.
Let the client know the financial plan is available by sending them a secure message through the Advisor360° interface. Direct the client to their Investor360° inbox, which will have directions for retrieving their financial plan.
Note: As part of this process no delivery receipt is required. However, it is important to make sure the final plan is in the Investor360° Client Deliverables folder for monitoring that the plan was delivered and within the required timeframe (365 days each service year). All historical plans should be kept in this location and should not be replaced from year to year.
