Resources

  • Outlook Email Platform

Outlook is Axiom's approved email platform. All advisors are assigned an Outlook email address upon joining Axiom.

While Outlook offers minimal design features, it stands out for its powerful integration capabilities, allowing you to manage email, calendar, contacts, tasks, and more — all in one place for a streamlined workflow.

  • Building Your Digital Brand

Establishing a strong and consistent digital brand is essential. Today’s consumers actively research the financial industry online—that’s where you want to be found.

A comprehensive social media presence increases your visibility and helps attract new prospects to your practice.

    Pro Tip:
Each Friday morning, schedule your social media posts for the upcoming week. Once the week begins, monitor performance and engage with your audience. Use LinkedIn Scripts to connect with those who have interacted with your posts or accepted your connection requests.

  • Seminars and webinars are powerful tools to build credibility, create client engagement, and generate new business. Advisors are encouraged to leverage firm-approved resources and timelines for successful event execution.

    • Email the form and all materials to Jennifer Wisthuff or Mindy Vinson

    • Allow 4–6 weeks for processing and compliance approval

    3. Marketing Support
