    1. How to Sign In to Zoom

      1. Open the Zoom app on your computer.

      2. Click "Sign In".

      3. Select "SSO" (Single Sign-On).

      4. Enter "financialguide" as the domain name and click Next.

      5. Enter your AA/AE number followed by your OKTA password.

      6. Click "OK" to proceed.

      7. Click "Open Zoom App" to launch the application.

    1. Open the Settings app.

    2. Tap Wi-Fi.

    3. Select Core Office from the list of available networks.

    4. When prompted, enter:

      • Username: Your MassMutual ID (e.g., AE##### or AA#####)

      • Password: Your Okta password

    5. Tap Join.

    6. If asked to trust a certificate, tap Trust to complete the connection.

    (Android)

    1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray (bottom-right).

    2. Select Core Office from the list of available networks.

    3. When prompted, enter:

      • Username: Your MassMutual ID (AE or AA + ID number)

      • Password: Your Okta password

    4. Click Connect.

    5. If a certificate warning appears, click Connect or Accept to proceed.

    (macOS)

    1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the menu bar.

    2. Select Core Office.

    3. When prompted, enter:

      • Username: Your MassMutual ID (e.g., AE##### or AA#####)

      • Password: Your Okta password

    4. Click Join.

    5. If asked to accept a certificate, click Continue and enter your Mac password if prompted.

    (Windows)

    1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray (bottom-right).

    2. Select Core Office from the list of available networks.

    3. When prompted, enter:

      • Username: Your MassMutual ID (AE or AA + ID number)

      • Password: Your Okta password

    4. Click Connect.

    5. If a certificate warning appears, click Connect or Accept to proceed.

  • CWAGYFIELD2 Wi-Fi Won't Connect?

    iOS

    1. Open the Settings app.

    2. Tap Wi-Fi.

    3. Locate CWAGYFIELD2 in the list of networks.

    4. Tap the (ℹ️) info icon next to CWAGYFIELD2.

    5. Tap Forget This Network.

    6. Confirm by tapping Forget.

    7. Reconnect (you should be prompted for username and password).

    Windows

    1. Click the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner).

    2. Select Network & Internet Settings (or "Network settings").

    3. Click Wi-Fi on the left menu, then select Manage known networks.

    4. Find and click on CWAGYFIELD2, then click Forget.

    5. Click the Wi-Fi icon again to view available networks.

    6. Select CWAGYFIELD2 from the list.

    7. Click Connect and re-enter your MassMutual credentials.

    Mac OS

    1. Click the Apple menu > System Settings (or System Preferences).

    2. Go to Network > Select Wi-Fi.

    3. Click Details (or "Advanced") next to the connected network.

    4. Under Known Networks, find CWAGYFIELD2.

    5. Click the (•••) next to it, then choose Forget This Network.

    6. Confirm when prompted.

    7. Return to the Wi-Fi menu (top-right of the screen).

    8. Select CWAGYFIELD2 and re-enter your MassMutual credentials.

    Android

    1. Swipe down from the top of the screen.

    2. Select Internet.

    3. Select CWAGYFIELD2.

    4. Click the gear icon (right side).

    5. Tap Forget.

    6. Select CWAGYFIELD2 and re-enter your MassMutual credentials.

  • How to Change Your Password

    1. Go to massmutual.okta.com.

    2. Log in with your AA/AE number.

    3. Insert your OKTA password.

    4. Click on your name in the top right corner.

    5. Select Settings.

    6. You should then see the “Change Password” section.

    7. Follow the requirements listed there to create your new password.

      • If you type a word, remember to change at least one letter to a special character.
