Employee leasing program; Professional Employer Organization. Hiring and training staff for advisors. Help write job descriptions, salary discussion, post on LinkedIn, screen resumes and work through the hiring process with the advisor. Once a staff member has accepted the position, Axiom hires so the person can have the full suite of benefits. Axiom leases the individual to the advisor, onboards and trains the individual in all important areas to their practice. Axiom provides all payroll services at no cost.
